Background Check / Child Safety Information

All Adult Volunteers must complete the background check
and pass the child safety training program at least one week prior to
volunteering at a CGBA function.

Instructions

1. Please fill out the background check form.

2. Send us an email at cgba@centurytel.net and let us know you have filled out an application and which church you are volunteering from.

3. After the background check is complete, you will be sent an email with a link for the child safety training program. Please complete the safety training.
